We specialize in the painting and staining of a variety of exterior and interior surfaces, removal & installation of wallpaper / wall covering, pressure wash cleaning, deck cleaning & weather treatment staining, gutter cleaning &  repair, WaterFall® Gutter Guard System installation, and drywall repair.

Our company was established in 1986 by two painting professionals who were disappointed and frustrated with the poor quality of service their employer, at the time, insisted on providing  to customers, so they decided to "go out on their own".

From the start, Sullivan Painting Corp.'s charter has been to provide its customers with "local, reliable service, professional quality at reasonable rates".

This direction has paid off. Sullivan Painting Corp. now enjoys an excellent reputation in both the residential and commercial sectors. The majority of the our  jobs come from "word of mouth" by satisfied customers that have used our services. In fact, the only "paid for" advertising the company participates in, is supporting several local churches by placing an ad in their weekly church bulletins.

Our success is largely attributed to long time employees, who are professional, reliable, neat, and courteous. They enjoy the reputation and respected title of  "Master Mechanics" in the painting and wall covering industry.

Also playing a significant part in our success, are our paint manufacturers and suppliers. We use only the top quality paint and stain materials produced by manufacturers, such as, Benjamin Moore. Pittsburgh Paints (PPG), Insl-X Superior Industrial Coatings Systems (Industrial Grade Paint Materials), Cabot Stains, Olympic Stains, etc..

In addition to the painting and wallpapering services we offer, we are also proud to be a Certified Installer of "The WaterFall® Gutter Guard System" produced by Crane Products, Ltd. This is a revolutionary gutter guard system "that works". This system is durable, and carries a 5 year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Another great feature: It's easy on the pocket book!
